True story. Hotel Jägerhorn is the very first hotel I ever stayed at in Croatia. It was great over a decade ago and, as we have visited recently, it is even BETTER today.

The hotel is right in the center of the city. It is a hundred meters from the main square and, in all honesty, there isn’t a better-located hotel in Zagreb. 

Plus, it is tucked away down a trendy alleyway so, even though you are in the busiest part of Zagreb it is still rather peaceful.

It’s super close to all the city’s high street shops and just a short stroll away from the magical medieval Upper Town. 

Plus, it’s surrounded by the city’s bars and restaurants, What’s not to like?
