Novalja is BIG on burgers and they certainly do serve a great burger in this part of Croatia!
They are large, full of flavour and the meat is properly chosen and prepared. Forget that processed stuff you get Mcdonalds etc, that is nowhere near this level of burger satisfaction!
Here are just a few of the best burgers in Novalja we have found and tried over the years that have impressed us! In no particular order…
BITES Steak & Grill Novalja
We have been eating here since it opened a couple of years ago and in our humble opinion they produce some of the very best burgers in Novalja.
It is hugely popular with locals, tourists, and even the visiting DJs, so if you fancy an amazing and pretty affordable premium burger, this is your place.
Besides burgers, they also have a wider menu of fantastic food and alternative dishes which are all pretty fantastic too!
But we are big BITES Steak & Grill Novalja fans. Plus it’s only around the corner from the Novalja Local office!
Pizzeria Coco Novalja
Even though this is a pizza place Coco Fast food has a really great menus! So definitely a place to grab some awesome burgers in Novalja!
Plus there is the added bonus that they can deliver to your front door in less than half an hour.
These guys are open all year round, have been around for many years and you will be very hard pushed to find a better fast food delivery service in Novalja.
Burger & Co Novalja
Located down on the promenade, next to the main square, you will find Burger & Co.
As the name suggests this restaurant delivers big juicy burgers (as well as other things!) at reasonable prices.
The location is perfect if you are looking for a decent meal before you start your day or are just beginning your evening out.
They even do breakfasts between 10am & 2pm if your hangover is keeping that burger feeling away!
Antonio’s Novalja
Antonio’s restaurant has been open since 1991 and is certainly one of the best all round eating places in Novalja.
Antonio's is hugely popular with the locals, is open all year round and offers a broad and traditional menu with something for everyone.
We have never had a bad meal here, never! Their burgers are absolutely spot on and definitely one for the “burgers in Novalja” list!
